1908 and has continued serving customers for
95 years. Artelco is affiliated with the
Rural Arkansas Telephone Association,
Arkansas Telephone Association and NECA
(National Exchange Carrier Associations).
 In addition to Telephone Services, Arkansas
Telephone Company (Artelco) has also offered
their customers dial-up Internet Access for
many years, and in 2004, expanded to offer
both residential and commercial DSL service
to customers in North Central Arkansas.
